Our Approach to Coaching

Everything YOU do, WE do. Step into any Strength Fitness class and you will see the coach not only demonstrating each exercise, but working right alongside every member. We don’t just ask you to push yourself, we are right there next to you doing it, too!

Our Programming

Not only do we customize each class we teach, but we are the only gym in Ramona whose classes offer both strength and programmed cardio. Decide to do both in our combo classes or focus on one in our Spin or Strength classes. We make sure each class is able to be modified for more or less challenging, so you are always working at your level and improving.
