Class Schedule & Descriptions
TRX: A Total Resistance eXercise that uses suspension straps to create a full body workout. Classes incorporate HIIT, strengthening and Tabata to boost your metabolism, build lean muscles and burn excess fat.
TRX/SPIN COMBO: Get both your strengthening and cardio in with this class. We spend 30 mins on the bike and then transition to the TRX straps for 30 mins.

SPIN: Get your cardio workout in with a low impact, high intensity exercise on our indoor cycling bikes. We turn the lights down and the music up so that you are able to focus on yourself and the energy you need to achieve your goals in this class.
HIIT SPIN: Hop onto the bike for a high intensity interval training session and get the most out of this 30 minute cardio workout.
